How It Works
Our 6-Step Process
We walk you step-by-step from first conversation through final warranty — no surprises, no vague timelines.

Initial Consultation
An estimate consultant meets with you to discuss your vision. We provide an approximate estimate based on your ideas and connect you with architects, engineers, or designers as needed.
02
Design
Our team asks questions to understand your goals, then creates a floor plan and 3D renderings — a space that is both functional and a true expression of your style.
03
Pricing & Planning
We assemble a detailed proposal including all labor scope of work and allowance budget for finish materials. A contract and draw schedule follow approval.
04
Pre-Production
Finish materials are selected and ordered. A Project Manager is assigned and a job site walkthrough occurs. You get access to our project management software.
05
Construction
Once materials arrive and permits are obtained, construction begins. Your Project Manager coordinates between you, suppliers, and tradesmen to keep the timeline.
06
Completion & Warranty
A final walkthrough creates a punch list. Once the touch-up crew addresses everything, your warranty begins. We never leave until it's right.
